To Our Valued Scantron Clients,

In the past few weeks, the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has transitioned from general awareness and monitoring to global public health concern. As COVID-19 spreads, Scantron has been proactively taking steps to ensure we continue to meet your expectations and deliver on our promises.

We have reviewed and evaluated our inventories, parts on order, and supply chains. After careful analysis, we are not aware of significant disruptions in our ability to procure and deliver necessary parts and equipment at this time. Given the ongoing evolution of COVID-19, we will continue monitoring our supply chains and apprise you of any material changes as soon as possible.

When Scantron team members visit your locations, we will observe any guidelines or restrictions you may have. In the event that a Scantron team member cannot visit a location that is required for us to perform a contracted service or training session due to these restrictions, we will engage with your teams to find a suitable solution. Additionally, when visitors arrive at any of our locations we will engage with them on a business-as-usual basis unless they manifest obvious signs of symptoms associated with COVID-19. If that should happen, we will ask visitors to reschedule the meeting or, if possible, to setup a remote meeting.

For our Certification and Testing clients, we will continue to monitor all locations and continue to communicate any changes in Scantron Test Center Network site availability and policies as they become available.

In the event of an outbreak that adversely affects Scantron, we will execute the relevant Business Continuity Plans, which are reviewed and updated quarterly, to minimize any disruption to our clients. Our Business Continuity Plans include proactively monitoring our supply chains as well as implementing processes and procedures should team members or a facility become inaccessible. Scantron also has in place a policy regarding COVID-19, which was shared with all team members on March 9, 2020.

As the situation unfolds, Scantron is monitoring the CDC’s Interim Guidance for Businesses and Employers to Plan and Respond to Coronavirus Disease 2019, and is taking all necessary steps to ensure the safety of our teams and yours while we continue to deliver the same great solutions on which you rely.

Sincerely,

Kevin Brueggeman
