Patient Experience Institute
The Patient Experience Institute (PXI) is an independent, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization committed to the improvement of patient experience through professional certification and continuing education. PXI is committed to supporting the development of the field of patient experience in partnership with its sister organization, The Beryl Institute. We invite you to consider becoming a Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) or a Certified Administrator of Volunteer Services (CAVS) and to take advantage of the growing offering of continuing education programs in place to support the growing patient experience profession.

Schedule A Test
Scheduling begins when you receive the Notice to Schedule (NTS) email from Meazure Learning. Scheduling periods vary from exam to exam, so check your Candidate Handbook or your test sponsor’s website for more information. Log in to the web link in your NTS to schedule your exam site and date, then Meazure Learning will immediately send you another email to confirm your appointment.
